  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard.
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of each of salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  7. You need 2 tablespoons of diced Jalapenos (more or less).
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of cooked, crumbled bacon (about 4 slices).
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoons of minced onion.
  10. You need of Paprika for garnish.

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl. Place the egg white halves on a platter or serving dish, set aside. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and break them up.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, pickle relish, sugar, and yellow mustard to the mashed egg yolks and stir until well combined.
