- Prepare 2 cups of water.
- Prepare 2 packages of dry yeast.

- Place in a greased bowl and let rise about 90 minutes (until double in size)..
- Knead dough then pinch off golf ball sized pieces and place in greased pan (9 x 12)..
- Allow to rise 60 minutes..
- Bake at 400 for about 8 minutes..
- Rub shortening on the top of the rolls with a paper towel..
